RBSG Business Banking App

Responsible for delivery of strategic roadmap for RBSG digital transformation including their first Business Banking App, the NatWest Emergency Cash feature, Peer-to-Peer Payments, Visa Alliance, Longer Statements and Campaign Manager to over 4 million registered users.

Worldpay Digital Transformation

Turned around a failing programme and delivered the Customer Management Portal for 250,000 merchants as part of the separation of Worldpay's payments gateway systems from RBS bank.
